Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Upon initiating your return request, our efficient shipping team will be in touch to arrange your order pick-up.

What can be returned?

You can return any unopened and unused cosmetic products purchased from our website or authorized retailers.
This includes makeup, skincare, and bath & body products.
Please note that due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetic products.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-10 business days. Processing time differs depending on your payment provider's policies. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
