Apply 2-3 pumps of the oil onto dry hands.
Massage gently onto dry skin, focusing on areas with makeup or congestion.
Add a few drops of water and emulsify the oil until it turns milky.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
Follow with a water-based cleanser (optional).
