Needly pH Balancing Toner is a lightweight, slightly acidic toner formulated to balance the skin's pH level and improve its overall health. It contains a blend of skin-loving ingredients, including:

Coolin (mushroom extract): Helps prevent skin aging and moisturizes the skin.
Adenosine and tocopherol: Work together to prevent aging.

After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount of toner onto a cotton pad.
