Intensive Care (1–2 times per week — recommended to start):

Before showering, perform a patch test first by applying a small amount to the inner arm and checking for any reaction.
Spray onto dry areas of concern — back, chest, shoulders, décolleté, or buttocks — from 15–20 cm away.
Leave on for 1 minute only, then rinse thoroughly with running water. Gently massage reachable areas while rinsing.

Daily Care Method:

Spray 3–4 times onto a damp shower towel together with the Red Body Wash to create a lather.
Use to wash the body as normal and rinse thoroughly.
