Dr. Ceuracle Tea Tree Purifine 70 Toner is a lightweight, refreshing toner that is formulated to help control excess oil, refine pores, and soothe irritated skin. It contains 70% tea tree extract, which is a natural anti-inflammatory and antibacterial ingredient. The toner also contains betaine salicylate, a gentle form of salicylic acid that helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and unclog pores.

After cleansing, apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad and wipe over your face and neck.
